Our servers are hosted in the United States and can offer anyone from the little businesses needing a simple package to the larger ones requiring load-balanced clustered servers.

We don't over sell our shared servers like some companies tend to do. After all, Google announced that website speed is now being factored into rankings: we keep our servers as fast as possible and at 99.9% uptime.

Web Hosting

Our web hosting environment supports both Windows and CentOS, an Linux distribution. We also provide the ability for languages, frameworks, and libraries like Zend Framework, Ruby on Rails, and Code Igniter to be used.

Server Software

Included in every purchase is the Fantastico De Luxe package: an auto-installer script that allows you to install blogs, forums, shopping carts, and much more with just a few clicks. Now you don't have to pay a developer to do it!

All clients will also have access to analytics software such as Webalyzer, Analog, and AWStats. However, our team personally recommends Google Analytics as a robust analytics platform. (It's free!)

Support

Don't worry: our team responds to support tickets from within the United States. We know how bothersome it is to call if you have a problem, and we want to make sure you can understand us. Plus, it's nice to support the American economy when it needs it the most!

We automatically update all security kernels and packages. However, customers must keep packages like WordPress up to date and handle script errors. If you aren't sure how to troubleshoot a script you can't seem to install correctly, give our team a shout and we can work something out.

Amenities

All accounts get unlimited addon domains, FTP accounts, MySQL databases, users, and email accounts. We won't try and limit you just because we want to upsell you: we want you to succeed and enjoy the good service.

Excessive use of services or abusing these privileges may result in a cap, although the team has never had to enforce this rule to date.

Security

By default, the team installs all security updates for the server. However, we also demand that all users abide by our terms of service, which state there is no illegal content to be uploaded or used.

We hate spam just as much as anyone else: as long as your intentions aren't malicious, the team will be happy to host your business indefinitely.
